Description
Here is my routine for a 1:1 Routine Coaching :
- 3-5min: presentation and description of your routine.
- 5-10min: we discuss how you can implement it and make it powerful and sustainable
- 5-10min: we set up everything you need to do it regularly
- 5min: we set goals and a date when we will talk again to see if the session was useful and if you implemented the routine successfully
